There has been entirely too much deliberation and not enough speed in enforcing the Constitutional rights which we held ten years ago had been denied Prince Edward Negro children. The closing of the Prince Edward schools and the raising of contributions to support private segregated White schools denied the Colored students and parents equal protection under the law guaranteed by the Constitution.
